Problem Gambling Services, a program of Mid-Eastern Council on Chemical
Abuse (MECCA), is a community-based, not-for-profit organization which
offers problem gambling prevention and education services, evaluation,
counseling, continuing care, transitional housing, and concerned
persons/family assistance to twenty-three central and eastern Iowa
counties.
MECCA does not discriminate in its practices on the basis of gender,
